Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Free Shipping is offered on initial purchase only. If item is returned, shipping will be charged for the exchange purchase.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are out of our control.
All orders over $1000 will require a signature upon delivery.
We strongly recommend insurance on your purchase. Contact us for additional cost. We are not responsible for loss or damage of merchandise.
Purple Lizard Boutique presently only ships to addresses within the U.S. However, if you are an international customer please contact us for possible shipping information.
All orders are shipped “F.O.B.”O.B. stands for Freight on Board, a shipping standard used by virtually every business that ships merchandise. From a legal standpoint F.O.B. means that the moment the shipping company takes possession of your package, responsibility for your package transfers from us to them.
When a shipping company "guarantees" that your package will be delivered within a certain time period (next day, 3-5 days, etc.), it typically means that if they don't deliver your package by that date/time, they will only refund the shipping charges. Be aware that there are certain circumstances under which shipping companies will not make shipping charge refunds for late delivery (e.g., "ACTS OF GOD" such as weather conditions or catastrophic events that would prevent the shipper from making “on time” delivery).

If shipped by USPS and your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact USPS @ https://www.usps.com to track your package.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of being shipped.
Purple Lizard Boutique is not liable for any packages stolen, lost or damaged during shipping. If your order is stolen, lost, or damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim @ Customer Service and Support | FedEx
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
