Return Policy for Purple Lizard Boutique
Thank you for shopping at Purple Lizard Boutique. A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns. In order to obtain an RA please email us at email@example.com or call 602-728-0980.
- ALL RETURNS WILL BE GIVEN STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- NO RETURNS ON ITEMS LISTED IN CASA.
- NO RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT AN RA.
- Purple Lizard Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 7 day return policy.
- NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. ALL SALES FINAL.
- NO RETURNS ON JEWELRY ITEMS. ALL SALES FINAL.
- NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No Cancellations allowed once an order is placed.
- In the event of a cancellation of an order, there will be a 5% cancellation fee deducted from the order to cover all non-refundable processing fees charged.
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be regular priced, be unused and in the same condition as initially shipped to you. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping.
- Your item must be in the original packaging and have all the original tags and labels attached.
- Your item will need to have the original receipt and original invoice number.
- Once we receive your Return item, we will inspect the item and notify you on the status of your store credit.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit. An e-mail with the store credit amount minus the initial shipping costs will be sent to you. All store credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
- You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs which are non-refundable.
